refined luxury in the heart of everything

i stayed for three nights. the hotel boasts beautiful stonework character throughout the building. our room faced the courtyard and offered great views. the hotel's location provided easy access to explore many nearby shops and restaurants.
The spa area was disappointing. The pool is more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool. the steam room lacked an activation button , and i thought it could benefit from jacuzzi-style buttons.

the rooms offer great comfort. lovely high-end brand bathroom products were provided. the bathroom was spacious. the shower proved to be one of the best i have experienced recently in a hotel.

the staff demonstrated cute and friendly behavior, but also maintained a professional attitude. they were helpful in swapping us back to our original room bookings. this ensured a smooth adjustment after our initial night in a different room type.

an okay stay in the city
very nice spreadperfect locationdark walkroom service
the breakfast was a real highlight. it had an very nice spread with something for everyone. the hotel is in the perfect location, right on one of the main streets. it meant everything was within easy walking distance.
it was very dark and poorly lit. our room was not serviced until after 4pm each day. we had to vacant our room after returning from our days out.
